Ryan Paris is a full blood artist. He is a well known Italian singer, musician, actor and composer. He was born into an artistic family. His father is a successful painter and sculptor. His grandfather was a lyrical singer. His grandfather gave him the love of the music and taught him from early childhood about all the operas. After finishing college Ryan studied musicology. At the beginning of the 80’s he started playing small roles in some famous films (Once Upon a Time in America) by Sergio Leone with Robert de Niro as main actor, (La bella Otero) with Angela Molina, etc… At the same time he created his own New Wave band, which qualified for the Italian rock festival. As some members had to leave the band because of the army the group broke up and he found his first producer in 1983. 1983: achievement of a worldwide success with DOLCE VITA, which sold more than 5 million Records and went No. 1 in all charts worldwide.
Ryan made more than 50 TV shows in Europe and BBC London made the video clip in Paris. Ryan received 12 golden records, 2 silver and 2 platinum. An interesting coincidence was the meeting with Frederico Fellini, 15 days before the release of the song in Italy, Ryan was walking in the centre of Rome when turning the corner he bumped into a person coming from the other direction. That person he recognised as Frederico Fellini who made, in the 50’s, the famous LA DOLCE VITA. 1984: Interpretation of the single FALL IN LOVE sold 180.000 singles in France, and in Spain reached no. 7 in the national chart. TV Spain made a video of the song in Cannes during the MIDEM. 1985 Release of the album Ryan Paris (BMG) and the single PARIS ON MY MIND, including a video-clip and tour in Italy and France. 1986: resident in Paris and production of the song BESOIN D'AMOUR (Vogue); participation at a pop festival in Portland/USA and jam session together with Al Jarreau and Stanley Clarke. 1989: Resident in Amsterdam; co-production with Ben Liebrand of the remix of DOLCE VITA which reached Top 10 in Holland. The English magazine ’Face’ wrote a long article about Ryan. 1991: Resident in Rome he established his own recording studio where he composed and produced the song AND THE BEAT GOES. 1994: Interpretation of the song MR. JONES for Spain and tour in August 94 with Cadena Ser, Los 40 Principales in Spain. The song included in the compilation, Picapiedra Mix, reached the Top 1 in Spain and Portugal and Ryan received a double platinum record for more than 200.000 copies sold. At the end of the year a tour of South Africa. 1995: Resident in Frankfurt/Germany. Together with the producer of Enigma a song composed by Ryan I WANT TO LOVE YOU ONCE AGAIN. 1996: working with well known Italian producers for dance song projects with songs written by Ryan and preparation of a new project for France. Two new songs written by Ryan are on the Italian music market: IT'S MY LIFE AND ONLY FOR YOU. The last one written and sung by Ryan arrived at no. 1 in the most listened radio Italian network. 1997: Co-production of the song THE LAST PROPHECY which was licensed worldwide. 1998: Ryan builds up his own recording studio in Frankfurt. The new song INTO THE LIGHT written and co-produced by Ryan is released on the Italian market. Two shows for the Dutch television: "Het gevoel van zomer” , and "17 miljoen mensen". 1999: 2 TV shows in Italy for RAI 2 "Festa di classe" and "Meteore. A TV show in Portugal called "La strada dei millioni". 2000: Ryan produces and composes for the Coca Cola beverage group 6 new songs for their marketing. One song has recently been used for the advertisement of Fanta on the radio. Several TV appearances such as La Vita in Diretta for RAI 2 in Italy. Public appearances and media: 2 national TV programs in France which includes Champs Elysees, A tout Coeurplain, Paltine 45; Midem, TV Suisse-Romande in Switzerland. Interviews and TV for Veronica, TROS in the Netherlands. 2 Discoring, Maurizio Constanzo Show; Buona domenica; Superclassifica Show; in Italy. 4 national TV programs including/Top of the Pops in England. 2 national TV shows in Austria. 5 national TV shows in Germany and in particular Formel Eins ad Die Löwen on RTL. 2 national tours, in 1990 and 1994, with the radio Cadena Ser and 3 national TV programs in Spain. 2 national TV in Denmark. 5 interviews in Bravo Magazine and 1 with Popcorn in Germany, Rennbahn Express and Pop-Rocky in Austria, Melody Maker and Face in England, Tribune in South Africa with an interview in Radio 702 in Jo'burg, interview in the newspaper El Mundo etc. etc.
