Narcotic Thrust

Narcotic Thrust is an electronic and house music duo from England consisting of producers Stuart Crichton and Andy Morris.

Their song Safe From Harm hit #1 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2002, featuring the lead vocals of Yvonne John Lewis, was also the first track released on Deep Dish's Yoshitoshi Records to top the US dance chart.

In late 2004 Narcotic Thrust saw even greater success when their single "I Like It" broke into the Billboard Pop chart at #83 and the UK Top 10. The song also bubbled under the Hot 100.

The band's third single in 2005 called "When the Dawn Breaks" featured a male singer, Ika, for the first time.

One of the version of the releases contains 9 songs, 3 mixes of "When the Dawn Breaks", 3 for "I Like It" and 3 for "Safe from Harm".

In 2006, Narcotic Thrust released their 4th single, "Waiting For You".

The name Narcotic Thrust is an anagram of Stuart Crichton.

Narcotic Thrust have also made well-known remixes of The Sound of Violence by Cassius featuring Steve Edwards and Red Blooded Woman by Kylie Minogue.
