Klymaxx is a strong female funk band as well as singing group with the purpose and intent to deliver uncompromising grooves with style, class and taste. Klymaxx is a positive representation of R&B music through poise and elegance. Each of these fine ladies brings exceptional talents and special elements to make a complete and perfect whole.

Los Angeles, one of the hottest music capitals of the world, is home to this dynamic sextet which was formed in 1979. They have several top 20 hits to their credit, including "Meeting In The Ladies' Room," "I Miss You," and "The Men All Pause." They have performed all over the United States and other countries with praiseworthy reception. The group disbanded in 1994 and recently restructured for fans that were anxiously anticipating their return to the touring circuit.

Each member possesses a long, successful musical background. They each rely on technical skill and education as an underpinning for their mastery of music. Klymaxx is a true depiction of R&B female funkmasters who play from their heart and soul. Their objective is to maintain a sense of self-respect for the female artist through refined lyrical content and to help the masses realize the equal empowerment of the female musician.
