Juul Kabas, geboren als Juliaan Deckx (Retie, 10 oktober 1944) is een Vlaamse volkszanger.

Hij is de broer van Marc Dex en de oom van Barbara Dex. Juul Kabas begon in het orkest van zijn broer Marc tijdens diens topperiode en zorgde hierin voor de komische noot tot hij zelf zijn eerste hit scoorde.

Zijn bekendste nummers zijn:

    * Ze noemen mij de Juul Kabas (1969) (de best verkochte single in Vlaanderen in 1970)
    * 't Zijn zotten die werken (1979)

Hij heeft jaren samen met zijn echtgenote café/taveerne 't Lindenhof achter de kerk van Retie uitgebaat.

Zijn dertigjarige carrière werd in 1999 gevierd en nog steeds toert Juul Kabas door Vlaanderen.
