Clint Eastwood (b. Robert Brammer, Jamaica, West Indies), the younger brother of Trinity, came to prominence with UK reggae fans in the late 70s with a series of big-selling singles recorded in his home country, and albums such as African Youth, Death In The Arena and Sex Education. In the early 80s he teamed up with General Saint (b. Winston Hislop), who had already established a devoted following working in London's Front Line International sound system, and the pair formed a talented pop-reggae duo. Their first release, a tribute to the late General Echo, topped the reggae charts, and the follow-up, "Another One Bites The Dust", repeated the feat in 1981, reaching as far as the lower rungs of the national chart. Their subsequent records and live appearances enhanced their reputation further and they were instrumental in the Jamaican DJ style crossing over to the early 80s pop audience.
