Christina Milian

Milian, a Cuban-American, will soon sizzles she brings her unique mix of urban, latin, pop sounds to Island Def Jam with her debut album ( to be released in early 2001 ). This talented eighteen year-old already has a long and classically trained history in film,(" The Wood"/MGM),television ("Get Real"/Fox TV )theater ("Annie Warbucks") /Broadway); voice over work ( "Wild Thornberrys" and "Real Monsters"/Nicklodeon) and countless commericals. Now she turns her attention to music.

A singer/songwriter/producer able to mix it up with her unique singing skills of Pop & R&B music, Milian ( pronouced Mill-ion ) broked strong interest from competitive labels at the time of Island Def Jam's recent signing, and has alread worked with such iustry notables such as Rodney Jerkins, pervious of her label contract. She also sings the hook on Ja Rule's track "Between Me & You" the first single on his new album (out on 10/3). Milian appears in the video with him as well.

Milian Began her career at age seven in New York, appearing in nationals commericals & modeling, while living in her hometown of Waldorf, Maryland. Soon after, she traveled to the West Coast on a six-month stint as "Annie Warbucks" as thye feist oprhan. After he tour, Her family relocated to California and her telelvison career bloomed. Since then, She has been seen on the Disney Channel Family for several years as a junior journalist on " Thre Movie Surfers". Now on the cusp on a surely strong and vibrant pop music careers. Milian will now join the ranks of other young,strong,women who write,sing and speak their musical minds. Milian's sounds, plucked from her debut album, will soon-enough ingnite airwaves. Stay tuned.
